Before any siding goes on we inspect the sheathing, repair any rotted or soft wood we find, and install properly taped house wrap to create a true weather barrier. Kick-out flashing where the siding meets roof lines, correctly lapped joints, and caulked penetrations are the details that keep water out for the next 20 years.
