What We Believe About Exterior Work
Roofs, siding, and gutters are the systems that keep weather on the outside of your house. When any one of them is installed wrong, water finds a way in and quietly ruins the framing, insulation, or drywall behind the scenes. The most expensive part of a bad install is rarely the install itself — it's the damage that happens over the next five years before anyone notices. That's why we focus on full deck inspection before a new roof goes on, ice-and-water shield in valleys and around penetrations, kick-out flashing where roof lines meet walls, and properly pitched gutters. The visible part of the job is often only an hour or two of the total work. The rest is what makes it last.

How We Run a Project
There are roofing companies that operate on volume — big door-to-door sales operations, lots of subcontracted crews, every customer a transaction. We are not that company. We do a manageable number of jobs at a time and take each one seriously. In practice that means the same project manager from estimate through final walk-through, daily site cleanup so your yard doesn't become a debris field, materials staged so the crew isn't stopping to wait on deliveries, and an actual phone call when something needs your input. We give you a realistic schedule and we hit it.
Materials We Trust
We install CertainTeed for asphalt shingles, James Hardie for fiber-cement siding, Velux for skylights, LP SmartSide for engineered-wood siding, and Atlas and GAF when those are a better fit for a given job. Our gutters are seamless aluminum fabricated on-site. Our standing-seam metal roofing uses Kynar 500 finishes. We choose these brands because the warranty is only as good as the manufacturer behind it — and because we've installed enough roofs to know what holds up in WNC's climate and what doesn't.
