No — our pricing is consistent across our service area. We schedule trips around drive distance to keep crews efficient, but the homeowner does not pay a travel premium.

How quickly can you get to me?

For non-emergency work, most homes get an on-site estimate within one business day of reaching out. Active leaks and storm damage get same-day attention. Once an estimate is approved, most projects start within one to three weeks depending on season and material lead times.

Do you pull permits in this jurisdiction?

Yes — we pull every permit a project legitimately requires. Most residential roof replacements do not need a permit in this area, but additions, framing alterations, and some commercial projects do. We handle the paperwork.

Will you tear off old shingles or roof over them?

We tear off. Roofing over an existing layer is allowed in most jurisdictions but it adds weight to the structure, traps existing damage that you cannot see, and shortens the life of the new roof. We do not recommend it and we do not bid that way.

Do you work with my insurance company?

Yes — we have done insurance-claim restorations across WNC for over a decade. We document scope, work directly with adjusters, and handle supplements when the original payout misses something legitimate.
